By booking through our agency, you agree to abide by the policies set forth by each individual vendor. These may include cancellation policies, refund eligibility, change fees, and other important terms. We strongly recommend reviewing these terms before confirming any booking.

Our agency will work with vendors on your behalf to try and support requests, such as refunds and room types, but it is ultimately up to the vendor to grant or deny these requests. By booking with us, you agree to allow our agency to work directly with the vendor to ensure that we can fulfill your needs and requests. Additionally, vendors may release information to us so that we can work directly with them to fulfill these requests.

3. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed only when the respective vendor has received an agreed payment plan, deposit, and has issued a confirmation. The booking is considered final once full payment is received, unless an agreed-upon payment plan with the vendor is in place. Our agency will provide you with all necessary booking details and vendor contact information for reference.

4. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies vary by vendor. Our agency is not responsible for refund processing; all refund requests must be directed to the respective vendor. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees, as determined by the vendor’s policies.

5. Travel Documentation: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. Our agency is not liable for any travel disruptions due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

We are not responsible for any service disruptions, cancellations, delays, or other issues that may arise with third-party vendors. Any disputes or claims must be resolved directly with the vendor.

7. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays. Our agency can provide recommendations, but all insurance policies are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.
